The deadline for applications to be returned to The Committee is November 1st. Chosen artists will receive confirmation by November 30th. Applications can be returned either online, via fax or mail.

Art Festival Online Application Instructions - Artists Only
COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS: Each artist should read the complete instructions regarding rules, regulations and the application process outlined in brief below. Complete Instructions can be obtained by clicking here.
ONLINE APPLICATION: Online application is for artists only and not for food vendors. Please complete the fields below and click Submit. Or, print out the Complete Instructions (see above) and mail or fax the application to art festival committee.
ONLINE ART SUBMISSIONS: Send 3 digital photos of your artwork (as attachments) to committee@deerfieldbeachfestivals.com. Read the Complete Instructions for a full explanation of what is required for consideration into the art show.
SLIDES: If you want to submit slides of your artwork, mail your slides to: City of Deerfield Beach c/o Parks and Recreation, 150 NE 2nd Ave., Deerfield Beach, Fl 33441 - ATTN: Cultural Committee. Slides will be returned during the artshow.
OVERNIGHT PARKING: Overnight parking for RV's and trailers is currently not available.
FEES:
Registration Fee - $15 (non-refundable)
Regular 10 X10 feet booth - $195 (refundable)
End space 10 X10 feet booth - $225 (refundable)
Electricity - $25 for event
Bottled water - distributed free by Committee
Breakfast - provided free by Committee
Lunch - provided free by Committee
Awards Dinner - provided free by Committee
Artists' year-long listing on Festival's website - free
PAYMENT OPTIONS: There are 2 payment options:
Option #1- Make payment with 2 checks. The 1st check is for the $15 non-refundable application fee. The 2nd check is for the refundable booth cost. Both check should be made payable to City of Deerfield Beach. Mail checks to: City of Deerfield Beach c/o Parks and Recreation, 150 NE 2nd Ave., Deerfield Beach, Fl 33441 - ATTN: Cultural Committee.
Option #2- Pay online instead of sending 2 checks. There is a 3.5% convenience fee plus $5 for this option. The process does require you to register with the City. During the registration process you will be asked to select your city from a dropdown menu. If your city is not listed on the dropdown menu, then select "other". Later on when you are completing the credit card information you will be required to type in your city. Sorry for the confusion. In order to proceed with the online payment option click here.
GENERAL RELEASE: All art festival artists must print out, sign and mail or fax the General Release to the Cultural Committee. Fax to (954) 480-4405. Print out the Complete Instructions which contains the required General Disclosure buy clicking here. Or, simply printout the General Release by clicking here.
IMPORTANCE OF WEB LINKS: Your websites will rank higher with search engines in direct proportion to the number of outside webpages linking back to your website. This is called "link popularity" and it is one of Google's top 3 criteria for ranking webpages. To be effective, those links must come for similar websites. We will link our Arts Festival website to your webpage. Will you link your website to ours? Please let us know on the application.
